Jared practices in the areas of consumer and veteran’s rights. Jared is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law. While in law school, Jared was a member of the Investor Advocacy Project, providing free legal services to small investors in securities disputes. He also participated in the Southern District of New York Mediation Practicum, representing otherwise pro se litigants in mediation.
After graduating high school, Jared served as an Infantryman in the United States Army. He deployed to Mosul, Iraq in 2004 as an Infantry Team Leader with the 1st Battalion 24th Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade, 25th Infantry Division (Stryker), where he was awarded the Combat Infantry Badge and his unit was awarded the Valorous Unit Award.
After receiving an Honorable Discharge with the rank of Sergeant (E-5), Jared attended Loyola University Chicago and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in both Economics and Finance.
Outside the office, Jared is married to Greta, his wife of 14 years. After the birth of his daughter Hazel in the fall of 2016, his only hobby is changing diapers.
